0.66" Hell Creek Fm Worn Triceratops Tooth

This Triceratops tooth comes from the Hell Creek Formation of South Dakota, a world-famous fossil site known for harboring some of the most famous dinosaurs of all time; Tyrannosaurus Rex, Triceratops, Edmontosaurus, and countless other dinosaurs. This tooth is what's known as a Triceratops "spitter" tooth meaning that the dinosaur used it to the point it was too worn down to eat, shed the tooth, the tooth fell out, then fossilized. These teeth are quite common in Triceratops and Edmontosaurus.
